Yes, I created a Journal Skin! I know, I don't believe it either, but I did. ._. I put a lot of work into it, so if you like as much as I do, use it! If you have any problems with the CSS, suggestions on making my skin better, or even pointing out mah mistakes! I'm not that great at CSS, this journal skin was my first time, however I could try to help as long as it's simple. Which was indeed why it took so long! Ahem, and not that there is any mistakes, but it's not thoroughly checked. I hope there's none. You can edit it as much as you want to, I don't mind, if you use it you don't have to say that I made it although it is in the skin automatically and if you remove that then my name's below it.
